“Out of our deep conviction in the role of education and its clear impact on the development of nations and peoples, and inspired by the message of our profound religion that urges the pursuit of education and knowledge, and in fulfillment of His Majesty King Abdullah II’s call and directives to lay down the foundations of education and encourage scientists and researchers in the various aspects of life, and in contribution towards serving the local community in the fields of education, culture and the development of a sense of responsibility and belonging to this precious homeland, we have decided to establish the Shaheen Foundation for Science and Culture, to undertake the establishment of bridges and the broadening of horizons for education and culture in a manner that leads to the advancement of this country and its people.
